SMART Osteopathy was initially set up as a 'sports massage and remedial therapy' business – hence the name SMART! It became 'SMART Osteopathy' when I completed the 5 years training and qualified as an Osteopath. I offer:

I give tailored postural advice plus stretching or strengthening exercises to help patients with ongoing management of their symptoms and prevention of injury recurrence.
